Some Information about "Mr. Enthusiasm" and his Team:

I have spent my entire life in BC. Born and raised in Kamloops until 1986 at which time I moved to the Coast, married my wife Jennifer and started selling Real Estate. To date, I have had over 1,000 successful transactions in the Lower Mainland and a further 200 in the Interior of BC. Between Kamloops and Salmon Arm, I have concentrated on selling waterfront, both seasonal and year-round, residential, investment and commercial type Real Estate!
 
I have been married to Jennifer for 22 years, most of them good ones too! (Sometimes it feels much longer that that?) We have enjoyed living in the Fraser Valley for the most part but decided to relocate to the Sunny Shuswap in 2004! Our son Danny is now 16 years old and attends school at King's Christian School in Salmon Arm. We enjoy many activities together as a family. The fun usually consists of boating, sailing, motorbike riding, snow and water skiing/boarding, quading, golfing, sledding, walking, tanning, fishing and just plain hanging out together. We look forward to many of our friends and family moving to the area to enjoy the same recreational lifestyle that we have come to love! We have a large extended family and we spend much of our time visiting them in the Lower Mainland and in the Interior of this great Province of ours! I look forward to you coming here to live and I will be here to show you around when you get here!

In 2008 we adopted the key phrase "Mr. Shuswap" for Kent to assist in a more effective website domain name for our Billboard advertising..... you will see various billboards springing up around the Shuswap Region with our newly added domain name www.MrShuswap.com , our previous domain name (this one) will stay in full effect, however we wanted to achieve a domain name that would be easily remembers while potential new clients drive by doing 90 Km/Hr.... I'd say Kent nailed it with this new handle.  Still as enthusiastic as ever, but a new handle for our top guy.... Mr. Shuswap and that's Kent to you!  You will also recently find our newest email address being promoted as No1@MrShuswap.com to reflect the fact that Kent is the No.1 REALTOR® in the entire Shuswap Region!
